Solve : Blurred photos in IE?

All photos APPEAR BLURRED in internet explorer.

I have a new laptop and my DAD has the same one and he has no problems.

I am ASSUMING this could be due to something I have installed/downloaded/changed.

Does anyone KNOW what I can do to figure this out? ThanksAre the photos streched ? ?
DLoad and install Irfanview (FREE) for viewing photos...Is display resolution set the same in both computers?
