Answer» Hi, I have justed started playing the game Empire Total WAR, and when the characters talk their speech breaks up, and intermittently. If anyone else has this prob could you please tell me what you did to solve the speech situation, or is it a bug, or if it is something to do with my pc, could you please tell me how to solve the matter. If the game uses dynamic speech synthesis as opposed to samples, it may be overstressing the CPU because your selected audio quality is too high, especially if your machine has host-based Sound output (on-board sound). Of course given your negligence to provide any information about your computer that any of us can analyze (instead opting to merely assert that your system meets the requirements.) it's difficult to ascertain the exact cause, which makes determining a solution somewhat difficult.

Are you sure you aren't the one that is deteriorating after a couple of hours of playing the game?
