Answer» Ok this is more a question than a cry for HELP ..... ok on a forum like CH there is a post ever 1 or 2 minutes i was wondering if i could get FIRE FOX to automatically REFRESH so i can keep up to date on the posts that have been posted without have to click home or refresh myself .....
