Answer» when i double CLICK on the INTERNET explorer icon the internet does not open. The only way i can get to the internet is through WINDOWS explorer and it is extremely slower than usual. i have tried to open it with other methods and it doesnt work. please help. scan for trojans etc.....or try a IE repair....what o/s is this ......wxp...type IEXPLORE in run command and try to open it Hey, I am having this same problem. I have to use SBC DSL browser - YUCK! If you figure it out, PLEASE post how you fixed it. I have tried numerous virus, trojan, etc. scans with absolutely no luck! UGH! DJ
