What did you google search turn up?And what game is this? Unless it's free for download *legally* we can't help.there was this game and i downloaded it it had a .mdf file i used deamon TOOLS to play it. is it possible to burn that. google told me something about a cd image and something about .cue files i didnt really understand so i thought ill come to you guys.

thanks.Again: What is the name of this game?Oohh! Oohh! Is it a guessing game? Pirate Wars?  There is a program called"Dress Me Up And Call Me Sally"

It is very ram intensive.I think software pirates that get
caught play it a lot. Some of the inmates refer to it as....
"burning a game."

BETTER to buy and appreciate your games.

I am not telling you hwo to burn a game illegally. I am telling you that it i very simple to place a data file onto  a cd. If you have a DVD burner just go out buy some Dvd's, i reccomened Maxtor. Put the dvd in your drive. You should get  a prompt, select open file. you shoudl now be in the dvd directory. Simply copy and paste the Data File into the dvd folder. then select write these contents to disc.

Done.CD Burner works just fine for most files; they're cheaper anyway. Lil Falco, thats not how you burn a CD Image, and also i don't think Maxtor make Media. Quote

Didnt say CD image did I?

IF you wanna "back-up" *wink wink* a game... then I WOULD reccomend Nero, www.nero.com, for burning files onto cd's and also use Alcohol 120%.

"Aquire" alcohol 120% and then open it, it shoudl take about 5 minutes on the first time opening the program to set up virtual drives. Place the game disc into your drive and then in Alcohol 120% select "create image". Go through the process and make sure that you have a specific folder for it to burn the images to. Id suggest creating a folder on your desktop and naming it the name of the game. When the process is done go to that folder and open it, it shoudl have an .mdf and a .mds file, if so then SWEET, your on track. Now if your CD ever stops working simply open the image .mdf image in Alcohol 120% and walla... working game...

If you somehow comeby a .mdf and .mds file for a game and mount it in Alcohol 120, it should install the game as if there was an actual CD in the drive. Once installed fgo to www.gamecopyworld.com and find a "game fix", this allows you to play the game without the original CD in the drive.

Very usefull if you have alot of games and hate SWITCHING Cd's.posting information about making warez is not something that gets done on this site, you may want to remove that last post before a mod does it for you.I didnt post warez, did I?  They released a 3D version!?
