Answer» I am trying to help a FRIEND who is on XP and USING DSL to access the INTERNET. She cannot access secure SITES. Other sites work fine. I seem to remember a similar problem I had and the solution had something to do with multiple firewalls. Any help will be appreciated.And does your friend have multiple firewalls? What about her security settings?Windows XP and Norton firewall are DISABLED. Not sure if the firewall is bridged in the DSL modem.
