Answer» Hello all, if someone could help or point in the correct direction, it would be appreciated. My MOTHER informed me that her computer (Compaq) would not let her go to Facebook, but the rest of the internet was fine. I ran ANTIVIRUS, SPYWARE, and malware SOFTWARE, and that still did not fix it. I then got on my laptop (macbook), and the same problem is happening to my computer. This leads me to believe that it is obviously a problem with out router or WIFI. Thanks for any suggestions, either way! |
