Answer» I have pop-ups blocked on my IE7 - VISTA OS. Suddenly, TODAY, when I go to excite.com and click on a NEWS item, I get a pop-up from: http://www.yourtopbrands.com/9qw2E61dd8615?sud=11286 I tried to add it to my security BLOCKS but that didn't stop it. I cleaned out my cookies - still pops up. Any ideas?Start HERE
