Solve : Can't install Firefox?

I have tried numerous times to install FIREFOX but keeop getting the same MESSAGE:
"Error opening file for writing: C:\ProgramFile\MozillaFirefox\uninstall\helper.exe"
Can ANYBODY throw some light on this?
