should i re-install windows?No. This is known Adobe bug, if you don't have C drive on your computer. Do you have C drive?What does C drive have to do with this? My Windows XP is installed on drive F. C has Win 98SE on it. I've never had any PROBLEM installing Flash Player as FAR as any error message regarding drive SPACE. This is Adobe bug, which kicks in when C drive is totally not present (not your case):
