I know someone has had a similiar problem, but it's not exactly LIKE mine.

When I try to load these pages (there are others but I can't remember), the loading bar fills up, then the browser DISPLAYS "Done" at the BOTTOM left hand corner, and nothing has happened at all. Nothing was displayed, not even "The Page Cannot be Displayed".

Is there anything in common with these sites, just please help me, I've been using this crummy Gollum browser thing for Wikipedia, and I can't access some forums either.So you can't access them, or can't access them with this browser?The Gollum browser is only for browsing wikipedia, the only reasing I'm using that is because I can't access wikipedia. GOOGLE Gollum and you will see what its about.

Im using IE 6.0, and it doesnt open those pages, just completely forget the Gollum browser, thats not a web browser.What about with Firefox, or with Opera? You need to see if it is a configuration problem or a network issue. Do you have all of the IE updates? What happened prior to this if it used to work normally? What spyware/adware/virus solutions are in place and being used regularly?I cant want to download a new browser anyway so whats the point in using it on that. I have all IE updates. I can't remember what happened because after about 2 weeks I went to CHECK Wikipedia for research and it didn't work. I have NTL antivirus, spybot search and destroy, and windows pop-up blocker (i think that's adware)Try AdAware for free in addition to those others and keep everything up to date. You may want to scan in safe mode also.
