Answer» I cannot OPEN Google Chrome at all after performing a System Restore. If I CLICK on the icon on the Task Bar it HIGHLIGHTS like the program is opening but then FADES out. Nothing happens from clicking on the desktop icon or in the Start Menu. Task Manager Processed Tab does not show anything related to Chrome running.Install Google Chrome again. Anytime you do a system restore, there is the risk of loosing a NEWLY installed progrfam
