Answer» Vista w/ IE8 When I ATTEMPT to download it gets to 99% and stops. Microsoft sent me a hotfix...but guess what...I can't download it...lolWelcome to CH.... Download it with Firefox, or is that messed up as well.....dont have it and I cant download it =(Download it on different COMPUTER and transfer installation file, using USB stick, or CD.guess you have to download it from a different PC and from a different network! ask your friend to do it.
