Solve : cannot empty junkmails in hotmail?

now a days i cannot delete messeges from junk mails in my hotmail account. an error in the page is coming. even if i choose empty option it is not doing so. anybody can help.The messages should be removed after 30 days or so. They TAKE up no space.no, they r occupying the space.dratul...... Junk Email in hotmail is automatically deleted every 5 days .
So you are saying that it impossible to delete any email that are in your junk email folder .........  
When did this start ?
Are you sure you don't have a virus ?

Try the following:

1. Start
2. Settings
3. Control Panel
4. Internet Options
5. Security tab
6. Reset all security zones to Default
i did all the above, but still junk mails r coming. even after 5 days they r not deleted. i choose option to delete junk mails immediately. LETS see what happens.Does your account do the same on other PCs? If yes, contact Microsoft.ok, i will see and let u KNOW. if it WORKS what does it means? Quote

That there is a problem with your browser or that you are blocking certain elements thereof.thanx ANYWAY. since i went for another junkmail option no junkmail coming.
