Can you try and use another "provider" to get online - get an AOL CD or some other company to get you online. This will then tell you if it is an AT&T software problem, or a problem with other software on your PC. I would suggest you call AT&T if you NEED to use their service. Its nice to have your comments. I did contact At&t many times, and they did send me a new disk.... but unfortunatley that didint help... it has something the do with this ".csm file"?? I dont know but thats for the help... |
