Solve : cannot open email links?

Some LINKS in yahoo emails will not open on my laptop, but the same link will open on my other computers. Using different browsers doesn't CHANGE anything.

The first example is what shows in the address box when I hit a link in a Macy's EMAIL advertisement on my desktops and it works fine.

The second example (below) is what shows in the address box when I click the same link, in the same email, on my laptop, and it doesn't work.

What have I done wrong?
