1.	Solve : Cannot Open Internet Tools?
Answer» HELLO, I recently upgraded IE EXPLORER to version 8 and noticed now that I'm not able to click on 'internet tools'. I receive an error message stating, "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. please contact your SYSTEM administrator" The thing is I AM the system administrator as it appears in the 'user accounts' section of my control panel. I'm not sure what the hec happened, but I'm sure I may have tweaked the WRONG thing somewhere. If anyone can help me with this, I would surely appreciate it. Thanks DivaOk, I just figured it out that I had to edit the registry. Thanks anyway!
