Answer» i just bought a new emachines laptop and a new router. ran all the SOFTWARE and actually got on the internet. however when i closed it i could not open it up again. i have tried everything i can think of. i can open everything else on the desktop but when i click on ie i get the circle that lets me know its trying but nothing happens the PAGE stays blank. it says i am connected and have full strength. also will not LET me close certain pages. please help me. 1) Have you rebooted? 2) If it won't open, what do you mean the page stays blank and it won't let you close certain pages? 3) Have you tried a different browser just to see if it works?
