Answer» Hello, whether I'm in mozilla or explorer, a couple of sites have made my screen turn black and bring up a blue screen error. Today it was:
Error: 06: D771 :0000A0DC
Following this, my keyboard locks and I have to restart my computer with an improper shutdown.
I've noticed that upon restarting sometimes (possibly every time, I can't remember) my zone alarm firewall doesn't work. It's fine once I restart it again, though.
Is there anything I can do? It is the same two sites so far - one of which is a myspace site and the other is maniatv.com.
I have windows me if that bears any relevance.
Thank you for any help you can provide.Scan for Viruses, Trojan Horses and spyware.

CWshredder -- CoolWebSearch removal tool. Widely known and persistant Hijacker. Thanks for the reply. PLEASE can you help me with two more queries?
1. I was already using some of those things and have so far found, having tried most of them so far, that there is still a bit of a problem. Would uninstalling and reinstalling mozilla help at all or would the 'bug' or whatever it is still persist? Is it in my browser?
2. I can't see that the microsoft download is compatible with windows me - it seems everything but. Should I still try to download it? Perhaps I didn't read something carefully enough.
Thanks.Sorry - I have answered my own question about microsoft - it says what I needed to know!
Thanks.
Any ideas on other query? It might. Be certain you have the latest Firefox updates.
You can see what the General Protection Fault (BSOD) is usually caused by here,If ANYONE has this problem, you may be interested to know that it disappeared after I updated (not reinstalled) Mozilla.
In the top right corner was a red button alerting me to urgent updates. It solved this issue.
