Solve : Computer I purchased at work.? |

Answer» I bought a computer from my workplace. I brought it home and tried to DOWNLOAD AOL and I got a message something to the effect that a type of software having to do with a network would not download AOL into the computer. We are on a network at work and my old computer uses AOL with a modem. It sounds to me like I'll need to make CHANGES so that the computer I purchased is not a network computer but I have no clue how to do that. Any IDEAS? Thanksremove all the old dial -up connections and make a NEW one manually insuring that you have the dun number and password for aol and more on networking etc here>http://www.wown.com/articles_tutorials/network_troubleshooting/ |
