Answer» My cousin's COMPUTER was just reformated with Win XP and now whenever he connects(cable) to the Internet a timer comes up and gives him one minute to save all DOCUMENTS and then the computer restarts, this only happens when he is plugged into the internet. He downloaded AVG from D/L.com before the format and now he cannot download it to see if there are any problems since the computer restarts. He is running an Older IBM HELP HIM!!!! An ERROR MESSAGE came up like this: (not EXACT) An Error Has Been Found. File Number 1073471819. It also said something about: sys32/lstss.exe ^WT* He has the sasser virus/worm. He needs to use his antivirus software to get rid of it and then patch XP so it won't happen again.
