Solve : Computer Troubles?

I just put a new computer together. i put all the components in it, video board, dvd drive and hard drive, ETC. I turned on the computer i heard the fan and the dvd drive and the hard drive turn on but there was no video. any ideas? and is there any way to check and make sure the processor is working (yes i double checked and made sure everything was plugged into the computer well)There are MANY THINGS that can cause the issue you are experiencing. truenorthDoubt it would turn on without the CPU. The on board is probably still enabled. Connect to that an check can be disabled in the bios an reset the video CARD. Why is this in the browser sectionWhere did he say he was trying it without a CPU ? ?
