Answer» i have a toshiba laptop with windows xp. i used it on vacation with a wireless connection and it worked fine. however when i use it at home with a cable modem, it will connect ONLINE. but after about 15 minutes when i change websites i get the web page cannot be displayed.....diagnose connection problem...or web site is unavailable message. even if i close it it will not RECONNECT until i restart the COMPUTER. any suggestions? thanksOpen Network Settings / Connections (Control Panel) and make SURE you are connecting on the LAN connection.
