Answer» Hi! Help, When I ACCESS a website that I designed and is hosted on a server, the site COMES up, when I GO to Log on it gives me an error 10061 - Connection REFUSED? Any ides why or how to get rid of it? Error 10061 is a time-out error. It can be caused by a bad or improperly configured ROUTER or firewall. It can also be caused by mismatched port numbers, invalid IP address, or Server not turned on.
