Answer» Have you conveyed the results to them yet? Please LET us KNOW how this TURNS out.I sent them a email every DAY, they email me back. As of yet, no luck. Waiting for another reply.With the info I sent them from ms/dos, they were able to get back to me, suggesting it was a firewall or router problem. I don't have a firewall but I do have a router. I reset the router for about 45 seconds, and than disconnected the power cord for about 15 seconds, Tried it and it worked. Both Dellnet and Dellmail I can now access. But I am still looking into a NEW email. Thanks for all your help and time spent on this matter. Thank-You, John
