Answer» was log in on 1 of my ACCTS and Just 1 of the char on the acct wont let me on it , the other 7 char have no problems just 1 char wont enter any games and keeps GIVING a message ( unable to enter) Bad Generic file. any help WOULD be appricated with this thank-you for your time. It sounds like the file has become corrupt... did you have a backup?There must be a problem entering your ACCOUNT and password. If not, try to contact there administrator and they will help you to recover your account. |
