Solve : DO YOU LIKE IE 7? |
|
Answer» I think it is ok there are definitely some glitches to be worked out. From what I have read allot of us have had problems, but I guess if you are having problems that is why you are here not because you are gust curious.Personally, I hate it Should be thrown in a vat of nuclear wasteSeconded :-/ IE7 is OK, but I dont like that the menu bar is gone by default. It also broke a bunch of automated macros, so I moved my automated routines over to one of my other systems RUNNING IE6 still and Windows 2000 Pro. Kind of wish they left the format the same, and just patched the problems. BTW: I hate the XP View in XP, I like the Classic View that looks like 2000. I dont NEED a wizard to help me navigate or a questionaire when adjusting network properties through the GUI etc.LOL ..... I'm a wee bit confused by the poll voting options....... The question is ..... "Do you like IE7" As I read it that would tend to suggest that one either likes it or doesnt ...... So the anticipated RESPONSE should be either .... YES or No ...... and yet neither of those voting options are available......? Is it possible these polls are being created by a polititian? I was unable to vote as my possible answers arent listed. dl65 I think IE 7 is OK. However, I installed Firefox on 9/28/06 and it has become my preferred browser. I like the way it works for tabbed browsing better than IE. If I click on links in email messages, Firefox opens them in separate tabs in an existing window; IE opens another window. Oh Joy......................The best thing I liked about IE7 was.........it was sooooo easy to uninstall. Quote Personally, I hate it have not downloaded yet, should I ? (HAVE 6 NOW) :-/ Quote Oh Joy...................... ;DNone of the above. Yes and No. Quote QuoteWhich? IE7 or Firefox?Personally, I hate it If Firefox, definitely (in my opinion anyway) If IE7, it depends on what you think of the new interface...apparently the security is better and I think it's a bit faster, but personally I vastly prefer FirefoxIE 7 should not have been released.I don't like IE, any version or any flavor. Used Netscape under DOS and even that was better than IE. Any of the Mozilla.org browsers or those based on the gecko engine are superior to IE.Agreed and well put...course us 2K guys stay ahead of the curve by REMAINING behind. |
