Answer» I run my laptop on vista. All was normal until one day I couldn't download anything! I have run the scan on windows defender which INDICATES all is OK. I have run a microsoft fixit PROGRAMME which also indicates all is OK. I have heard that add-ons on chrome can also cause problems, so I cancelled all add-ons, still the problem persists! Can anyone help?The first thing you want to do is try a different browser and see if you have the same problem.It happens in chrome and internet explorer. Can't download any other browser. Thanx for your input.What does it mean they are failing ? ? |
