Answer» I have been having trouble downloading files through internet EXPLORER. The download starts FINE, but once it gets to 2 or 3 percent it suddenly is finished. I've tried pretty much everything I can THINK of, including clearing the TEMP internet files, the web cache, and the history (not that those have much to do with d/ling files, but I had no idea what to do) and of course it still doesn't work. Any help is appreciated....Please only post the same question once... [glb]Flame[/glb]Try disabling your firewall and download files. If this works, get a new firewall that won't block downloads.
