I have lost the drag and drop FUNCTION in Netscape BOOKMARK. It is useful in editing/managing the bookmarks. What happened? How do I fix it? df.What happened before this started?

What version of Netscape is this?
And what protection do you have?1. NOTHING special/unusual happened
2. XP Pro
3. Netscape 8.0
4. Firewall, anti-virus, anti-spyware, defender, anti-adware

This happened once before with Firefox but I can't remember what I did to correct it. I think I edit a part of the registry. Quote
