Solve : error message occurs while taking printout of web?

While Taking printout of any webpage I am receiving an error MESSAGE with the following subject.

"Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

and at the bottom of message box there will be 3 command buttons named as Debug, SEND Error REPORT, Don't Send

If we click the button the web page will be closed automatically. Kindly give some suggestions to solve this problem.
