Solve : ever quest 2?

ok i just GOT my BRAND new dell laptop and i tried to install ever quest 2 on it but it keeps freezeing on cd2 or sometimes i can get to cd4..

what might solve this problem??

unlovedwarriorIs it just with this game it freezes? Try another game on your laptop.ok i will.. is there a way around it like DL the game off the net kingdom of sky cuz i have all of the stuff to LOG inok i got it to install. i just had to wait in between switching cds put the new one in wait 30 secs and press ok,

now i cant figure out how to get my subcription and renew it so i can play
