Did you try the suggested fix in the link?Hello evilfantasy, I tried the suggested fix, but I already know that the problem is caused by software, and that software will not load in safemode. It's a firewall that I obtained from download.com called Filseclab Personal Firewall. Under System Tools, System Information, Tools, System File Checker you will be able to extract any file from the install disk or check all files for missing, corruption or date etc. and replace them. The error message happens right on the second page after I click on the USA link. This error also happened with Internet Explorer, before I switched to Opera. I'm at a loss. I can't explain it better then what was in the link. Do you have CCleaner? If not download that and give the computer a good cleaning. Files like KERNEL32.DLL, and USER.EXE are Windows core files. It looks like your Windows installation is seriously corrupted. I can't figure any way to fix your problems WITHOUT Windows CD.Hello Broni and evilfantasy, Don't worry yourselves over this.
