Got a new computer, Windows 7, 64 bit. The Facebook game, Rummikub will not load for me - page stays blank. However, someone else who uses their own Facebook login can open Rummikub on my computer. AND I am able to load Rummikub if I use another computer.
I reinstalled Java and Adobe. I am using Mozilla Firefox, but it happens with IE and Google CHROME, too.Delete the APP from your account and install it again.check firewall and if you antivirus block themGood evening JudyR and welcome to CH

I do know some friends that have had issues with game and here was some of the issues

Even if the PC is new please go to adobe and update the "flash player" here is the LINK http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP when you are the web page please take the check mark out for "McAfee scanner" unless you want that app

The new flash player does not matter if windows is 32 or 64 bit.

Please make sure your username and password are correct for the game and they do give you a choice to use your face book username and password for the game and they do recommend doing so but that is up to you.

Most of the time the above items are the issue,please let US know how you make out, Mike You have to check and update your flash player from abode website and then try the same game. I think it work for you.
