Fallout 3, being the great game that it is, has developed a massive fanbase and with this fanbase, tons of modders. It doesn't really matter where you GOT the mods from, just list your favorites below.

And for the RECORD, I really like the Wanamingo mod, as WELL as most of the other mods that make FO3 look a bit like the old Fallout games.
