Hello: I used firefox happily for years, but in the past few months, whenever I open more than say five tabs in Firefox, I get this: Sorry, Firefox has encountered a problem and has to close message. In my work I often need to have multiple windows or tabs open, viewing resources that I USE for developing university classes. Then, right when I have everything all lined up and ready to go, there goes firefox!
Then if I start it up again, I get a message: This is embarrassing, there is a problem reloading some of the windows, and a list of windows and tabs COME for me to choose from and x some so that Firefox can start up again. It wasn't always this way, Firefox used to be such a breeze to use. Now I have to revert to IE which is just no fun!

I have an entire year or so of a collection of research paper and resources in there. In fact it's one of the MAIN reasons I use Firefox.
If I uninstall Firefox USING the program you provided the link for, will I use my Zotero?

Dr. D.I'm not familiar with Zotero, but I just read a little about it and assume, it stores its DATA somewhere.
If you backup that data, it should be available, when you reinstall Firefox and Zotero add-on.
