Flash is well supported in Firefox, so she'll still be able to play a lot of games. Why do want to get rid of IE, can't you just tell her to use Firefox? Also, how are you going to go about this, It's not LIKE other programs, where there is an uninstaller for? If you set Firefox as the DEFAULT browser, you can both use that and still do what you like, whilst steering clear of IE as much as possible.
You could even get IE Tab for Firefox, so you never have to open IE.
If she needs persuading, there is a way to make Firefox look and feel like IE, so there'll be no difference in looks.
