Solve : FIREFOX - HIDDEN TEXT?

When viewingmy local COUNCIL planning application data the Text is HIDDEN until I press Ctl + A to select all. How do I un-hide this text? Sometimes the text COLOUR is the same as (or similar to) the background colour. Maybe you should SEND an email to the site's webmaster.Give us a link to the page or a similar page on the same website.The text is visable via IE7 Browser so I don't think the problem it's related to text colour.

Tfafford Borough Coucil have told me the text is designed to be visible!
Because they don't know how to build a webpage properly...Web designers can USE different methods to display a page differently depending on the browser the visitor is using.
