Answer» hey guys im looking to find an mmo rpg that has flails as WEAPONS, would any gamer know of such game, im lookinf for perferably free to play but i dont mind buying the game, but i am not interested in paying to play To my knowledge, there isn't one on a free to play MMO. It's understandable why certain weapons like flails and other hinge or chain-based weapons are left out, they're DIFFICULT to animate correctly and easily. I know Aion (not free to play) has a weird mace/flail hybrid weapon (normally works like a mace, SOMETIMES swings out like a flail with a chain). Flails, and other SIMILAR weapons, were not very practical in combat. They were quite difficult to use without injuring yourself. The flail was ORIGINALLY an agricultural tool, used for threshing grain. It was used as a weapon by farmers when a proper weapon wasn't available.hm. thanks for the post, i'll have to keep looking just in case i missed one./
