Answer» Instead of RUNNING the setup for AppLocale, I accidentally added it as a REGISTRY value. Will this mess with my COMPUTER? When I clicked on the download, it had opened up in WinRAR instead of showing me the set-up wizard, and at the time I had no idea what I was doing, so I clicked on the value thingy and added it. I had been warned that it may tamper with the other registry values. So, I was thinking that I would restore my comp to an EARLIER date. Should I? I'm completely confused about the whole situation.
