Solve : free portable compilers for linux?

I NEED a C COMPILER for linux.
Before answering first off KNOW this:
1. by free, I mean free as in price. Most software for linux is F/OSS so I don't have to worry about that here.
2. by portable, I mean portable as in the compiler can be execute as a binary off of a USB/SD

Portableapps.com has a TIGHTER definition on this. However, in my case any that meet 1 and 2 should do.
