Solve : Google.com/Aol.com won't open?

Both internet explorer and MOZILLA won't open up google.com or aol.com on either of my compters (1 DESKTOP, 1 laptop, both on a home network). I have access to all other sites except for these. Does ANYONE know what this COULD be?Are there any parental controls installed? Also, have you scanned for viruses and spyware?

Unplug the modem and the router from each other and from the wall and then reconnect everything about 30 seconds later.
