1.	Solve : GRUB Stage 1.5 Error 17 HELP?
Answer» Ok so i Duel boot Windows XP and Unix Ubuntu. After i deleted the partion that had Ubuntu on it cause i didn't want it anymore and i sign on, it comes up with GRUB Stage 1.5 GRUB Error 17, I NEED HELP BADLY i'm RUNNING off of my Ubuntu Live disc and can't even get into my C drive through it so if some one could help me with this is WOULD be much appretiated. :]I guess the other partition has Windoze on it. In which case to get Windoze working again, you need to restore its original MBR. On XP I think you boot from the install CD in recovery mode, and run FIXMBR. On 98 it used to be that you boot from the install CD in recovery mode and ran FDISK /M No idea abou Vista.well theres one problem w/ that... i don't have a windows install/setup disk it didn't come w/ my compborrow a disk from a friend....
