Answer» HI. I just recently installed GTA IV, and fired it up. Once I got ingame (driving the car, walking etc.) there were these major chops/lags when I TRIED driving the car/walking.. If I just use the mouse to LOOK around, there is no problem. The fps seemed fine, so is it my CPU? Or is it simply because my power supply is too weak? I have played Crysis Warhead on "gamer" settings for at least an hour without any problems..
