What do I do.
I have no passwords other then my IM passwords and those shouldn't effect the computer.

I wanna try to GO to the site below.

Today is the first TIME this appeared. I have nothing on my computer that would cause this error. I can get on all my other forums except this one.

If you know why then please explain so I can take care of the problem ASAP.

That web site appears to have exceeded its monthly bandwidth LIMIT, and has therefore been temporarily disabled by the host.  Nothing to do with your PC.
