Well I wish I could but I don't have ANYTHING that says repair when I right-click.try right clicking status instead, hit the support tad, and click repair. does it SHOW that ?I don't have a support tab, just general and I can't find anything that says repair.OK. We'll try it from the command line. go BACK to cmd, type in IPCONFIG /renew

I restarted the computer and the same thing happened.OK, try going back to cmd one more time, and type ipconfig /release
then type ipconfig /renewUnbelievable... it says

IP Address for adapter Local Area Connection is already released

wow. try the ipconfig /renew one more time if it is already releasedsorry i should've specified after i tried to release and got that message, i did try to renew again and it said the same message as before.

Is my IP address for this laptop the same as my pc SINCE i'm using a router? If so is there anyway to manually put in the address on my pc? Your ip is set at 0.0.0.0 according to the ipconfig test, so try to go to Control Panel >> Network Connections >> Local Area Connection >> Properties >> TCP/IP >> Properties
