Solve : Help Please - Internet Explorer 7.0 error?

i have the downloaded the internet explorer 7.0 a couple months ago.
I always USED to get a message when closing internet explorer (first message as in picture),
but that didnt really cause any problem.

but

Since yesterday, if i open two internet EXPLORERS, and i close one, then i get an error message and everything closes. So you probably say, open only one, problem fixed, but i do like to play pool online, and the pooltable opens in a second window, when i finish the pool game, i get the error message (second message as in picture) and everything closes on me.

Could anybody please TELL me how i can fix this problem!

for the first one try uninstalling IE7 and reinstalling it
