Solve : help with sims 2 skins folder?

1.	Solve : help with sims 2 skins folder?
Answer» I hope this is the right place to ask this. I want to download skins from this website Whenever I try to FOLLOW the directions, which say to PUT the skins in the download folder, they never show up when I PLAY the game. The directions say I should have sims2skin or sims2pack in the DOWNLOADS folder which I don't seem to have. Can anyone figure this out? I'm really out of ideas. Thanks Spork. :-/
