Solve : hotlinking problem?

Answer»

Ok, this has been going on for months. and i know im not the only one it happens to. ok, this site:

alexz-johnson.net, and many others, im just naming one, when i go to it, it looks like this:

http://img510.imageshack.us/img510/4866/aj4pg.jpg

its all Xs. whenver a site has HOTLINKING enabled, i cannot see their images. and if they have it so when you hotlink, a DO NOT HOTLINK sign comes up, the DO NOT HOTLINK image show up ON the site. ive tried everything, and i cant get rid of the problem. does anyone know how to fix it, or what is causing it? i even tried removing my pop up blocker, and turning off the firewall, nothing helped
and when i go to like

http://alexz-johnson.net/images/alexz.jpg

it says

This page was either stolen or is forbidden.

on most sites, it says Forbiddenbubbles01..... try this link and then click on the link for alexz.jpg.
