However, to be perfectly honest...I don't understand why you WOULD invest money (even though it's only $19.95) in a program, when the previous link, from my first reply, PROVIDED all the info you needed to back up and restore your files...FOR FREE! Oh well...at least your problem is resolved...and that's what we're here for.
